You will only find map updates on there if you still had a license to which you won't as the car is over 3 years old. Audi don't like updating the MMI system, as it's their view if it's not broken then they won't fix it! Even if they did update the car then they would charge between 1-2 hours labour.

Were you able to get the dealer to update your Q7, I have an early build 2017 Q7 running Software Version 0443 and I can't get the dealer to update mine. Iāve had MMI updated on multiple cars due to simple glitches. As long as the dealer has a reason to update it, they should do so. My S5 had a glitch where CarPlay wouldnāt come back up after the backup cam popped up. Fixed in 10 minutes. My first S3 wouldnāt show track metadata on the virtual cockpit. The one thing I would recommend is plugging a battery charger to the car battery while doing the upgrade because it takes a while and if your battery isnāt quite as good as it should be you could have a nightmare on your hands.
